PhD Student | Robotics | Machine Learning | R&D

I am a first-year PhD student at the Edinburgh Centre for Robotics, part of the Centre for Doctoral Training in Deployable and Dependable Artificial Intelligence Robotics (CDT-D2AIR) within the University of Edinburgh and Heriot-Watt University. I recently graduated from the University of Edinburgh with an Integrated Master of Informatics (MInf), and I am exited to start my PhD journey in Robotics, Manipulation, and Machine Learning.

Research

Research Interests

My research interests lie in the intersection of Robotics and Machine Learning, focusing on Robot Manipulation and Motion Planning. I am currently working on my master's dissertation, exploring the integration of convex optimisation techniques and Mixed-Integer programming in manipulation planning. This project has introduced me to the robotics field, and in the future I am eager to explore further research areas in manipulation, particularly in the integration with learning techniques like Reinforcement Learning.
